7:30 PM: The Coles family will host parents who would like to help assemble goodie bags for our regional athletes. All items for the bags will be provided by the boosters this year (different from years past). We’d love to turn this into a mini parent social event, the more who can make it, the better!

Athletes will gather for a team dinner after the meet. All food and drinks for athletes will be covered by the board. Parents are strongly encouraged to stay, hang out, and enjoy dinner with other families; however, parents and siblings in attendance will need to purchase their own food.

While the athletes are at the pasta party, parents will gather to assemble district goodie bags using items purchased by the board. The setup will be an assembly line, and each bag will include the same items. Once completed, the bags will be stored and handed out to the kids as they load the bus for districts.

Afterward, anyone who is able is invited to join us for drinks and dinner at the Burger Bar. We will post in the parent GroupMe when bag assembly is finished, so if you’d like to just meet up for hanging out, feel free to do so.
