Coach will be talking through all things Swim Team like schedules, practice, expectations, etc. The board will be there to speak to how you can get involved to support the team and your athlete. Parents and athletes are welcome. Snack Donations: We are collecting simple and specific snacks for meets. See the list of "coach approved snacks" below. Donations can be brought to the parent meeting. At meets, athletes are always welcome to bring whatever snacks and drinks they prefer. Party Barge on the Lake 2026

We’re celebrating the beginning of the season with a Team Party Barge on the Lake! Join us for food, fun, and lake vibes as we kick off this awesome swim season together. Schedule:
Parking: When you arrive, look for Just For Fun signs. Turn right before the mailbox and the sign in the middle of the road. DO NOT PARK OR ENTER EMERALD POINT MARINA PROPERTY. Zeffy Fundraiser
We are excited to kick off our 2026–2027 Individual Fundraiser! This is one of our most important fundraisers of the season and plays a vital role in providing our athletes with a successful, safe, and rewarding year. This year we are once again using Zeffy, an easy-to-use fundraising platform that gives each athlete a personalized fundraising page to share with family, friends, neighbors, and supporters. Team Sponsorship Outing 2026

Our team is hitting the town in groups of 4–5 to gather local business sponsorships that help support our program all season long! We need both swimmers and parents to sign up to participate in this important team effort. We will also need parent drivers for this event. Athletes are not permitted to drive themselves or others during this event for liability reasons. Registration Open
Registration is now OPEN! CLICK HERE to register. Registration will close on July 26th to ensure we have all the equipment and merchandise ready in time for our first meet of the season. This year the registration fee is $150 per swimmer. The registration fee includes a 2026-2027 team t-shirt, 3 personalized swim caps, a district t-shirt, 1 athlete ticket to the end of season awards banquet, meals at meets, and other meet expenses. This year, team suits, TYR backpacks, and other swim equipment will be ordered directly through our vendor, Swim Freak. A link to the Swim Freak team store, along with ordering instructions, will be sent out on July 13th. Additional team shirts for family members, as well as crewneck and hoodies for athletes and family members, must be purchased during the registration process as we will not be ordering extras to sell. |

We will be hosting our first (and likely only) banquet meeting. If you signed up for the banquet committee, you’re in luck, our new venue does not require much from us this year! We will need minimal décor and will mainly be working through the logistics for the evening. A calendar invite has been sent to those who signed up for this volunteer opportunity. If you have not received an invite and would like to be part of the committee, please email me and I can send you the calendar invite or feel free to just show up! |
